Just Food Collaboration
Working with Just Food through the ECM , as well as the new student group Daily Bread at KU, we have worked out agreements with Einstein Bagels and small elements of KU Dining to pick up left-over food several times a week to bring to either the Drop-in shelter or to ECKAN.
